Sorting out how to engage with Posterous

So what do you do with the first post to a blog? I'm still trying to understand if I want Posterous to replace my existing blog (http://peter.evans-greenwood.com/), or to compliment it. I expect I'll send this so there's something in Posterous and then look at integrating it with other channels.
